To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, please take note of the following house rules:
- Check-in: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed
- The pool area closes at 10:00 PM (22:00). Please respect the community rules and keep noise to a minimum during evening hours.
If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please contact the property management team in advance. They will do their best to accommodate special requests, subject to availability.

- Exit towards Orihuela Costa and follow the signs for Playa Flamenca / La Zenia.
- Continue on the local roads until you reach Calle Sta. Rita.
- The apartment is located at number 8.
Driving time: approximately 45-55 minutes, depending on traffic.
By Taxi:
Taxis are available directly outside the Arrivals Terminal at Alicante Airport.

Travel time: approximately 45-55 minutes.
By Public Transport:
- Take the airport bus to Torrevieja Bus Station. Price 7 Euro/adult.
- From Torrevieja, take a local bus or taxi to Calle Sta. Rita, 8, Orihuela Costa. Price 20-30 euro.
Please note that public transport may require transfers and take considerably longer than travelling by car or taxi.
